Sun Salutation
Mood:  energetic

 

 

If you have trouble retaining the sequence of the Sun Salutation, break it down.  Start with the first three poses.  Do them every day until they're in your body.  Then add the next one and so on, and so on.

 Suddenly, the poses will make sense, and you'll be able to flow through the entire sequence.
